Step 1 – Process Hot Water Bath Canning

Before preparing the fruits, we need to wash our jars, lids and rings thoroughly. To get this, we should complete the sterilization process. Take a big water bath canning bowl, add all the jars, rings, and lids into it, add water (should cover the jars) and boil for 10-15 minutes on high flame. After processing, remove them into water and place them in a clean towel to soak the excess water.
